PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED WITH THE FUNDING OF PROGRAMMES TO COMBAT CERTAIN DISEASES IN THE VETERINARY SECTOR The Council discussed in detail the problems at present affecting the funding of programmes to combat certain diseases in the veterinary sector, and the Presidency then drew the following conclusions: The delegations had expressed great anxiety regarding the under-funding of the various programmes that had been approved or had already been put into action.
