On the other hand, the Commission received information from the Community producers, Infineon Technologies AG and Micron Europe Ltd, arguing that the existing measure on imports of the product under review from Hynix Semiconductor Inc. at its present level is no longer sufficient to counteract the subsidisation which is causing injury.
