In accordance with Article 5, paragraphs 1(a) and 1(b) of the above mentioned Directive, the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources hereby gives notice that authorisations will be awarded on the relative strength of the work programmes offered, with particular emphasis on a programme's appropriateness for evaluating hydrocarbon prospectivity and preparing the acreage for exploration drilling.
Conformément à l'article 5, paragraphe 1, points a) et b), de la directive susmentionnée, le ministre des communications, de l'énergie et des ressources naturelles notifie par la présente que les autorisations seront accordées en fonction de la force relative des programmes de travail proposés, l'accent étant mis sur la capacité du programme à évaluer la prospectivité en ce qui concerne les hydrocarbures et à préparer la superficie pour des forages de prospection.
