This Regulation lays down the general rules governing the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the European Social Fund (ESF) (hereinafter referred to as the Structural Funds) and the Cohesion Fund, without prejudice of the specific provisions laid down in Regulations (EC) No 1080/2006, (EC) No 1081/2006 and (EC) No 1084/2006.

Food business operators, other than referred to in paragraph 1, shall comply with the general hygiene provisions in Annex II, any other specific provisions laid down in Regulation (laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin) and in any other annexes which may be added in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 15.

Les exploitants du secteur alimentaire autres que ceux visés au paragraphe 1 se conforment aux dispositions générales d’hygiène de l’annexe II du présent règlement ainsi qu’à toute autre disposition spécifique du règlement (fixant les règles spécifiques d’hygiène applicables aux denrées alimentaires d’origine animale) et à toute autre annexe qui pourrait être ajoutée conformément à la procédure fixée à l’article 15.

2. Food business operators, other than referred to in paragraph 1, shall comply with the general hygiene provisions in Annex II, any other specific provisions laid down in Regulation (laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin).

However, in order to ensure the traceability of organic agricultural products throughout the different stages of the trade chain, and finally the compliance of these products with the provisions laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 in the light of recent developments, it is necessary to adapt the provisions set out in Annex III.
Toutefois, afin d'assurer la traçabilité des produits agricoles issus de l'agriculture biologique tout au long de la chaîne commerciale et, enfin, la conformité de ces produits avec les dispositions du règlement (CEE) n° 2092/91, compte tenu de l'évolution de la situation, il est nécessaire d'adapter les dispositions énoncées à l'annexe III.
