TECHNICAL COOPERATION In this connection, the Commission proposes four areas of activities: - Extending the network of rehabilitation centres: this network was set up under the first action progrmme, and the Commission now proposes to extend it to include problems in the psychiatric and sensory fields as well as physical and mental disabilities.
COOPERATION TECHNIQUE.- Dans ce domaine, la Commission propose quatre activites : - Un grand reseau de centres de readaptation. Ce reseau a ete deja cree dans le cadre du premier programme d'action. La Commission propose maintenant de l'etendre aux problemes resultant des handicaps sensoriels et psychiatriques ainsi qu'a ceux resultant des handicaps physiques et mentaux.
