On 28 July 1993, the Commission decided to initiate that procedure, in respect to the following aids granted to PYRSA: a - PTA 182 million: non-refundable grant; b - Guarantee to cover a loan of PTA 490 million for 11 years; ( b o t h granted by the region of Aragón) c - interest subsidy of seven percentage points for five years on the same loan of PTA 490 million; (granted by the province of Teruel) d - PTA 2.3 million in the form of donation of land; (granted by the municipality of Monreal del Campo) As said in the notice to initiate the procedure, the aids in question have been assessed according to their sectoral impact.
