The development assistance under the Lomé Convention is separate from and in addition to the package worth 10 million ECU (approximately R37 million) announced recently after the signature of a Memorandum of Agreement on 12th February 1992 between the Namibian Government and the European Commission.
L'aide au développement, dans le cadre de la convention de Lomé, vient s'ajouter au paquet d'une valeur de 10 millions d'écus (37 millions de R environ) annoncé récemment, après la signature d'un mémorandum d'accord, le 12 février 1992, entre le gouvernement namibien et la Commission européenne.
