There have been some rather alarmist comments made that somehow this could shake the foundation and judges would somehow be more susceptible to bribes, and I think that's pretty far-fetched. Whether we go with (a) or with (b), I don't think judges in this country will be any more or less susceptible to any wrongdoing.
