Ladies and gentlemen, I believe this is a serious and grave issue and that, if the settlements are not frozen quickly, we may find that when the time comes to realise the dream of two States, the Palestinian State will not be a realistic proposition because its territory has been so reduced by the number of settlements, which is still increasing.
Mesdames et Messieurs, il s'agit, selon moi, d'un thème sérieux et grave. Si l'on ne met pas un terme rapidement à ces colonies, jamais le rêve de voir deux États ne se réalisera ; l'État palestinien ne pourra se créer puisque son territoire se réduit à mesure que le nombre de colonies augmente.
