Unfortunately, if there is one thing, it's not to choose education or tax cuts or innovation; it's to commit to a comprehensive approach where fiscal action is just one piece and openness to trade and investment is another piece. Dealing with the death-by-a-thousand-cuts issue, which we've really inflicted upon ourselves over 50 years, would be the third piece.
