I want to remind the members of this House that in Quebec, for instance, there is a higher rate of rehabilitation of young offenders and there is less recidivism than anywhere else, especially in provinces where there is an attempt to enforce the Young Offenders Act strictly.
Je rappelle aux députés de la Chambre qu'au Québec, par exemple, on a un meilleur taux de réhabilitation chez les jeunes contrevenants, il y a moins de récidive que partout ailleurs, surtout dans les provinces où on essaye d'appliquer sévèrement la Loi sur les jeunes contrevenants.
