Five indicators are used to show safeguards in such situations: the safeguards regarding the transfer of judges without their consent (Figure 51), the dismissal of judges (Figure 52), the allocation of incoming cases within a court (Figure 53), the withdrawal and recusal of judges (Figure 54) and threat to the independence of a judge (Figure 55).
