(5) Where, at the conclusion of a hearing of an application made under subsection (1), t
he provincial court judge is satisfied tha
t the circumstances referred to in that subsection exist, t
he provincial court judge shall make an order in respect of the person against whom the order was sought imposing such terms and conditions on the person’s use and possession of anything referred to in subsection (1) as t
he provincial court judge considers ...[+++] appropriate.
(5) Si, au terme de l’audition, il est convaincu de l’existence des motifs visés au paragraphe (1), le juge rend une ordonnance imposant à la personne visée les conditions qu’il estime indiquées relativement à l’utilisation ou à la possession de tout objet visé à ce paragraphe.
