The policy will also benefit from greater consistency, coherence and coordination of the Union’s external policy brought about by the appointment of the High Representative/Vice-President and establishment of the European External Action Service, as well as from the appointment of a Commissioner with a specific regional mandate allowing him to devote extra attention to the ENP and the countries it covers.
Cette politique bénéficiera également de la plus grande cohérence et de la coordination accrue de la politique extérieure de l'Union consécutives à la nomination de la Haute représentante/vice-présidente de la Commission européenne et à la création du service européen pour l'action extérieure, ainsi qu'à la nomination d'un commissaire doté d'un mandat régional spécifique lui permettant d'accorder une attention supplémentaire à la PEV et aux pays qui en relèvent.
