In accordance with that statement, Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2015/1929 of the European Parliament and of the Council (3) aligned the rules on external audit and discharge applicable to the public-private partnership bodies referred to in Article 209 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 (hereinafter ‘PPP bodies’) with those applicable to the bodies referred to in Article 208 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012.

6.1 (1) If considerations of geography make it impractical for the body or minister responsible for administering and enforcing an Act listed in Part 3 of the schedule — or any regulation made under that Act — or any regulation listed in Part 4 of the schedule to do so in a part of Canada, the Agency may enter into an agreement with that body or minister under which the Agency may assist that body or minister in the administration and enforcement of the Act or regulation in that part of Canada.

40.1 (1) Where Her Majesty in right of Canada transfers or otherwise divests Herself of the administration of a service to any person or body, this Act and the regulations made under this Act apply, in the manner and to the extent provided in any regulations made under paragraph 42.1(1)(u), to any contributor who, as a result of that transfer or divestiture, ceases to be employed in the public service and who, on or after that transfer or divestiture, becomes, directly or through an agent of that person or body, employed by the person or body to whom the service is transferred or divested.

Without prejudice to any measures or actions to be taken in accordance with Article 30 of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007, where a control authority or control body of a Member State or a third country has a substantiated suspicion of an infringement or irregularity as regards compliance of imported organic products from third countries recognised in accordance with Article 33(2) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 or imported organic products controlled by control authorities or control bodies recognised in accordance with Article 33(3) of that Regulation with the requirements laid down in that Regulation, it shall take all necessary measures in accordance with Article 91(2) of Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 and shall immediately inform the control bodies, control authorities and competent authorities of the Member States concerned and of the third countries involved in the organic production of the products in question and the Commission’.
