The loan will be used to finance the rented social housing component of the Housing Plan, and specifically the refurbishment of old buildings and investment in improving infrastructure and constructing or upgrading residential buildings intended for rental in urban regeneration areas identified and approved by the DGAH.
Le prêt servira à financer la partie du PCH consacrée au logement social locatif, en particulier la rénovation d'immeubles anciens ou des investissements dans des zones de revitalisation urbaine définies et approuvées par la DGAH, qui visent à améliorer l'infrastructure de celles-ci, ou à construire ou à remettre en état des bâtiments résidentiels destinés à la location.
