Panama does not comply with the recording and timely reporting requirements of Article 18(3)(e) of the UNFSA on account of its failure to submit to ICCAT information on annual reports, Task I (fleet characteristics), internal action reports for vessels longer than 20 m, compliance tables and large scale tuna longline fishing vessels management standards.
