The course of schizophrenic disorders can be either continuous, or episodic with progressive or stable deficit, or there can be one or more episodes with complete or incomplete remission. The diagnosis of schizophrenia should not be made in the presence of extensive depressive or manic symptoms unless it is clear that schizophrenic symptoms antedate the affective disturbance. Nor should schizophrenia be diagnosed in the presence of overt brain disease or during states of drug intoxication or withdrawal. Similar disorders developing in the presence of epilepsy or other brain disease should be classified under F06.2, and those induced by psychoactive substances under F10-F19 with common fourth character .5.

They are designed to specify the liquidity management requirements of this Directive and in particular the minimum liquidity requirements for AIF. M. considérant que le premier alinéa de l'article 1 du premier protocole additionnel à la CEDH dispose que "toute personne physique ou morale a droit au respect de ses biens", que "nul ne peut être privé de sa propriété que pour cause d'utilité publique et dans les conditions prévues par la loi et les principes généraux du droit international"; considérant que le deuxième alinéa de cet article dispose que les dispositions précédentes ne portent pas atteinte au droit que possèdent les États de mettre en vigueur les lois qu'ils jugent nécessaires" ne peut être exercé que "pour réglementer l'usage des biens conformément à l'intérêt général ou pour assurer le paiement des impôts ou d'autres contributions ou des amendes", et que, au moment de la ratification dudit protocole, l'Espagne a formulé une réserve en ce qui concerne l'article 1, sur la base de l'article 33 de la constitution espagnole, qui dispose que le droit à la propriété privée et à l'héritage est reconnu; que la fonction sociale de ces droits détermine leur champ d'application, comme défini par la loi; que nul ne peut être privé de sa propriété ou de ses droits sauf pour un motif reconnu d'utilité publique ou dans l'intérêt de la société et moyennant indemnisation appropriée telle que prévue par la loi,
