The Presidency has summoned the Iraqi Chargé in Bonn and informed him that the European Union has noted with great concern Iraqi troop movements in the direction of the border with Kuwait and the statement by the Revolutionary Command Council of Iraq of October 6, 1994 that it might withdraw cooperation from the United Nations Special Commission.
La Présidence a convoqué le Chargé d'affaires irakien à Bonn et lui a fait part de la vive préoccupation avec laquelle l'Union européenne a noté les mouvements de troupes irakiens en direction de la frontière avec le Koweit et a pris connaissance de la déclaration du 6 octobre 1994 du Conseil de commandement de la révolution de l'Irak, selon laquelle il pourrait mettre fin à sa coopération avec la Commission spéciale des Nations Unies.
