(29) In order to maintain a high level of health and safety of consumers, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of products for which the name and address of the manufacturer and of the importer does not need to be indicated on the product itself due to the low level of risk related to such products, and in respect of the identification and traceability of products bearing a potential serious risk to health and safety.
