On 2 August 2012, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertakings Al Safi Danone, ultimately controlled by Danone SA (‘Danone’, France), and NDL International, belonging to the Norbert Dentressangle group (France), acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation joint control of ND Logistics LLC by way of purchase of shares in a newly created company constituting a joint venture.
Le 2 août 2012, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d'un projet de concentration par lequel les entreprises Al Safi Danone, contrôlée en dernier ressort par Danone SA («Danone», France), et NDL International, appartenant au groupe Norbert Dentressangle (France), acquièrent, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement CE sur les concentrations, le contrôle en commun de l'entreprise ND Logistics LLC par achat d'actions dans une société nouvellement créée constituant une entreprise commune.
