If it's something of a lesser magnitude there's another word that could be used then it's still something you'd want to address, obviously, but it may not take the same extent of measures that would be required in a large case. Again, I'm troubled by the word “significant” only insofar as auditors are, and auditors stated this is an inappropriate kind of language.
