28. Calls on the competent authorities to actively protect and promote the rights of minorities and vulnerable groups, to implement the anti-discrimination laws and policies, and to develop a state-wide anti-discrimination strategy; insists that political parties and civil society distance themselves from discrimination and foster an inclusive and tolerant society; is concerned about hate speech, threats, harassment and discrimination, particularly towards the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender/transsexual and intersex (LGBTI) community; is deeply shocked by the brutal attack on participants at the Merlinka Film Festival in Sarajevo on 1 February 2014; calls on the authorities, in this connection, to investigate the attack fully and to ensure that in the future similar events are afforded appropriate protection by the police; calls on the EU Delegation, the BiH authorities and political parties openly to support the victims of this attack and to condemn such actions;
28. prie les autorités compétentes de protéger et de promouvoir activement les droits des minorités et des groupes vulnérables, d'appliquer les lois et les politiques existantes en matière de lutte contre la discrimination, et d'élaborer une stratégie nationale de lutte contre la discrimination; demande instamment aux partis politiques et à la société civile de rejeter toute discrimination et de soutenir l'avènement d'une société tolérante et ouverte à tous; s'inquiète des discours d'incitation à la haine, des menaces, du harcèlement et des discriminations, notamment à l'encontre des personnes lesbiennes, gays, bisexuelles, transgenres et intersexuées (LGBTI); se déclare profondément choqué par l'attaque brutale dont les participants au festival du film Merlinka ont été victimes le 1 février 2014 à Sarajevo; exhorte, à cet égard, les autorités à faire toute la lumière sur ces violences et à veiller à ce qu'à l'avenir ce type d'évènement bénéficie d'une protection policière adéquate; invite la délégation de l'Union européenne, les autorités de Bosnie-Herzégovine et les partis politiques à soutenir ouvertement les victimes de cette attaque et à condamner haut et fort ces agissements;

It is to be recalled that an Office of the European Commission has been set up this week in Sarajevo to ensure appropriate liaison with central and local authorities in Bosnia-Herzegovina in the framework of the reconstruction strategy, as well as coordination with the various agencies involved in the reconstruction process, and especially with the International Management Group and the Office of the High Representative, Mr BILDT.
Il faut rappeler qu'un Bureau de la Commission Européenne a été installé à Sarajevo cette semaine afin d'assurer les liens avec les autorités centrales et locales en Bosnie-Herzégovine dans le cadre de la stratégie de reconstruction, ainsi que la coordination avec les différentes agences concernées dans le procès de la reconstruction, et plus particulier, avec le "International Management Group" et le Bureau du Haut Représentant, M. BILDT.
