The rapporteur is of the opinion that, in general, passengers should be expected to arrive for checkin within the time parameters requested by the airline, or indicated by the travel agent, at the time of booking the flight and, in any case, no later than 30 minutes before the flight is scheduled to depart. This is usually time enough to effect check-in on all but international flights where a longer time limit should be communicated to the passenger in advance.
