Senator Comeau: I was listening to the CBC on the way up to Halifax this morning and the person being interviewed was saying that this will cause quite a bit of chaos in the Nova Scotia retail and home builders' market; as a matter of fact, it is causing quite a bit of chaos right now, insofar as the builders have to scramble to do as much as they possibly can prior to the April Fool's implementation date.
