The Irish Governement's commitments in the present case mainly relate to the following points : - the cost reduction will be carried out as envisaged in the plan; - the Irish Governement will periodically report to the Commission on the financial and economic development of Aer Lingus and the
development of the programme; - Aer Lingus will not expand its operating fleet; - the Irish Government will not grant any further aid to Aer Lingus; - if created before the end of the restructuring period Aer Lingus Express will operate within Aer Lingus's operating fleet; - the European operations, the Transatlantic operations, and if and when
