If any such interruption continues for more than two seasons, the decision to allocate traffic rights and/or grant designation will be automatically withdrawn at the end of the second season unless the Community air carrier can claim there were exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
Si cette interruption dure plus de deux saisons, la décision d’attribution de droits de trafic et/ou de désignation est retirée d’office à la fin de cette deuxième saison, sauf si le transporteur aérien communautaire peut se prévaloir de circonstances exceptionnelles indépendantes de sa volonté.
