on the file and to send the detailed guide back to the Commission, on the ground that, having read the guide the Tribunal did not consider that this was necessary for it to rule on the merits of the pleas put forward by the applicant in the present case; to agree to the Commission’s request for confidentiality regarding the marking profile, and to make communication to the applicant of the general guid

Après avoir examiné les documents fournis par la Commission, le Tribunal a décidé, par ordonnance du 18 avril 2013, de verser au dossier le guide général, de renvoyer le guide détaillé à la Commission au motif que, après lecture, ce guide ne lui était pas apparu nécessaire pour se prononcer sur le bien-fondé des moyens soulevés par le requérant dans la présente affaire, d’accepter la demande de confidentialité de la Commission en ce qui concerne le profil de marquage et de soumettre la communication au requérant du guide général et de la version non confidentielle du profil de marquage à un traitement confidentiel sous conditions.
