These provisions would enable the three judges which were unlawfully nominated by the new legislature of the Sejm in December 2015 to take up their function while using the vacancies for which the previous legislature of the Sejm had already lawfully nominated three judges.
Ces dispositions permettraient aux trois juges qui ont été nommés illégalement par la nouvelle assemblée de la Diète en décembre 2015 de prendre leurs fonctions en occupant les postes vacants pour lesquels l'assemblée précédente avait déjà légalement désigné trois juges.
