Senator Ghitter: Have the honourable senator's views with respect to the legislation changed in light of the judgment of the Alberta Court of Appeal some three weeks ago, in which it was suggested that the courts should not interfere with the will of the legislatures, and, considering the fact that the legislatures had not passed that legislation, that they should not read sexual orientation into the Charter?
