Honourable senators will recall that, yesterday, our colleague Senator Buchanan drew our attention to a letter from Dr. Savage, the Liberal premier of Nova Scotia - a good friend ofFrank McKenna and Senator Buchanan - in which he stated that the province was concerned with the negative effect on the Dartmouth refinery.
