Hon. Yoine Goldstein: Honourable senators, let me first add my congratulations to those that were offered by the entire chamber to Senator Andreychuk, not only for the honour that she received from the President of Ukraine — quite a sufficient reason for us to rise in homage to her — but also because of a life devoted to human rights and a life that is so far, and for sure for the rest of it, well deserving of honour and recognition.
L'honorable Yoine Goldstein : Honorables sénateurs, j'aimerais tout d'abord ajouter mes félicitations à celles offertes par le Sénat tout entier au sénateur Andreychuk, non seulement en raison de l'honneur qui lui a été conféré par le président de l'Ukraine lui- même — déjà une raison suffisante pour que nous lui rendions hommage —, mais aussi en raison d'une vie consacrée aux droits de la personne, une vie qui, jusqu'à maintenant, et certainement pour toute sa durée, mérite d'être honorée et reconnue.
