Senator Kinsella: Honourable senators, with respect to the last matter that has been raised by the Leader of the Government in the Senate, a little reflection on what has been attempted to be argued would clearly demonstrate that, if that were the intent of the rules, the Senate would have a rule stating that a Committee of Selection would be appointed.
