Hon. Lowell Murray: Honourable senators, I do not know how many in this place turn for lighter reading to the Debates of the House of Commons, however, I would like to draw the attention of honourable senators to the fact that yesterday, two bills — worthy to be sure, but that is not the point — passed through all stages in considerably less than 30 seconds each.
