9. s'inquiète vivement de la répression accrue à l'encontre des membres de l'opposition, dénonce fermement la décision du tribunal d'Oumdourman du 6 juillet 2015 de condamner à 20 coups de fouets avec application immédiate Mastour Ahmed Mohamed, vice-président du Parti du congrès et deux autres de ses dirigeants: Assem Omar et Ibrahim Mohamed; manifeste son soutien aux efforts faits notamment par les Nations unies, l'Union européenne, l'Union africaine et la troïka (Norvège, Grande-Bretagne et États-Unis) pour parvenir à une solution négociée à la situation au Soudan et soutenir les efforts de la société civile et des partis d'opposition pour la promotion d'un processus de paix ouvert à toutes les parties;
