Those responsible for politics and the economy in Serbia emphasise again and again that they do not wish to become dependent upon our help, but that they need our help now in order to alleviate need in the short term and that they will then need help to help themselves introduce a social market economy in the medium and long term and in order also to make necessary foreign investment possible.
Les responsables politiques et économiques de Serbie ne cessent de souligner qu'ils ne tiennent pas à dépendre de notre aide, mais qu'ils ont actuellement besoin de cette aide pour répondre à court terme à une situation d'urgence et qu'ils ont besoin de cette aide pour ouvrir le pays, à moyen et à long terme, à l'économie sociale de marché et favoriser les investissements étrangers qui lui sont nécessaires.
