Mr Sergey Konychev, former Deputy Chairman of Moscow Narodny Bank in London who will be heading up the RPFB team said that Russia industry has received no foreign investment for more than three years and that the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors cannot survive without external finance.
M. Sergey Konychev, ancien vice-président de la Moscow Narodny Bank à Londres, dirigera l'équipe de la Banque russe de financement de projets. Il a déclaré que l'industrie russe n'avait reçu aucun investissement étranger depuis plus de trois ans et que les secteurs pétroliers, gaziers et pétrochimiques ne peuvent pas survivre sans apports financiers extérieurs.
