It follows that, in Article 44(2) of its Rules of Procedure, the Civil Service Tribunal possesses an instrument for dealing with situations, such as that in the present case, where one of the parties does not want confidential information contained in the documents which it has been asked to produce to be communicated to the other party in accordance with the rule that the parties should be heard.
