If the shipyard were indeed to be reopened, the Commission would request the French Government to: - recover the FF 2 020 million granted for the closure of the site; - halt immediately the establishment of any new undertakings in the Aubagne - La Ciotat enterprise zone, which with its tax exemptions has already attracted 81 firms, created 1 132 jobs.
Au cas où la réouverture aurait effectivement lieu, la Commission demanderait au gouvernement français: - de récupérer les FF 2 020 millions octroyés pour la fermeture du site; - d'arrêter immédiatement toute nouvelle implantation d'entreprise dans la zone d'entreprises d'Aubagne - la Ciotat ou 81 entreprises se sont déjà implantées grâce à ces exonérations fiscales, créant d'ores et déjà 1.132 emplois.
