We should not lose the single payer phenomenon, because I do not believe, frankly, that Canadians would accept from the public coverage, that we should move away from the public coverage, at least with respect to the upper tier, the high-risk, major catastrophic sort of coverage that you have to envisage with tertiary and secondary care.
