4. No later than 1 July 2020, the Commission shall publish a report assessing whether cost-effective, technically feasible, energy-efficient and reliable alternatives exist, which make the replacement of fluorinated greenhouse gases possible in new medium-voltage secondary switchgear and new small single split air-conditioning systems and shall submit, if appropriate, a legislative proposal to the European Parliament and to the Council to amend the list set out in Annex III.
4. Le 1 er juillet 2020 au plus tard, la Commission publie un rapport évaluant l'existence de solutions techniquement possibles et présentant un bon rapport coût-efficacité, économes en énergie et fiables, susceptibles de remplacer les gaz à effet de serre fluorés dans les nouveaux appareils de commutation secondaire à moyenne tension et dans les nouveaux systèmes de climatisation bi-blocs de petite taille et soumet, le cas échéant, une proposition législative au Parlement européen et au Conseil visant à modifier la liste figurant à l'annexe III.
