The equipment and installations used for N.SIS and SIRENE were considered state of the art. However, some issues required further attention, namely the question of missing A and M forms for the CISA Article 95 alerts (European Arrest Warrant), but it was concluded that the Romanian authorities seem to have addressed the issue satisfactorily.
