If they are not getting onto the list or high enough on the list to be recommended or highly recommended, does the minister not see that there is something intrinsically wrong with the system and in particular with the advisory committees that are either not encouraging it or, if the applications come through, are not giving enough credit to the merits of the francophone lawyers in this province, and I am assuming across the country?
S'ils ne figurent pas sur la liste ou s'ils n'y figurent pas en bonne position de manière à être recommandés ou fortement recommandés, le ministre n'en conclut-il pas que le système comporte un vice inhérent, notamment pour ce qui est des comités consultatifs du fait qu'ils ne favorisent pas suffisamment les candidatures de francophones ou ne mesurent pas à leur juste valeur les compétences des avocats francophones de la province qui se présentent et, je suppose, que cela vaut également pour ceux du reste du pays.
