– vu la demande de levée de l'immunité de Sotirios Zarianopoulos, transmise en date du 8 décembre 2014 par le substitut du procureur de la Cour suprême de Grèce en liaison avec la procédure G2010/1744 en instance devant le troisième tribunal pénal statuant à juge unique de Salonique, et communiquée en séance plénière le 13 janvier 2015,

– having heard Sotirios Zarianopoulos in accordance with Rule 9(5) of its Rules of Procedure,
– ayant entendu Sotirios Zarianopoulos, conformément à l'article 9, paragraphe 5, de son règlement,

A. whereas the deputy public prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Greece has requested the waiver of the immunity of Sotirios Zarianopoulos, Member of the European Parliament, as part of an investigation concerning an alleged crime;
A. considérant que le substitut du procureur de la Cour de suprême de Grèce a demandé la levée de l'immunité de Sotirios Zarianopoulos, député au Parlement européen, dans le cadre d'une instruction portant sur une infraction présumée;
