– (FR) I voted in favour of the own-initiative report by my Spanish colleague Alejandro Cercas (PSE, ES) on the implementation of social legislation relating to road transport. I agree that it is regrettable that considerable differences still remain in the application and enforcement of Regulation (EEC) No 3820/85 on the harmonisation of certain social legislation relating to road transport.
– J’ai voté le rapport d’initiative de mon collègue espagnol Alejandro Cercas (PSE, ES) sur l’application de la législation sociale liée aux transports routiers et je suis d’accord de déplorer que de fortes différences persistent dans l’application et le respect du règlement (CEE) n° 3820/85 relatif à l’harmonisation de certaines dispositions en matière sociale dans le domaine des transports par route.
