2. Where plants, plant products or other objects from one Mem
ber State have been split up or stored or their packaging changed in a second Member State and are then introduced into a third Member State, the second Member State shall not be required to make a new inspection complying with Article 6 if it is officially ascertained that these products have not been subject in its territory to any risk which would call in question compliance with the conditions laid down in Article 6. Dans ce cas, il est délivré un certificat phytosanitaire de réexpédition, en un exemplaire unique, conforme au modèle fixé à l'annexe VII, partie B, rédigé au moins dans une des langues officielles de la Communauté et rempli, sauf en ce qui concerne le cachet et la signature, entièrement en lettres majuscules ou entièrement en caractères dactylographiés, de préférence dans une des langues officielles de l'État membre destinataire.
