In line with this Article 49, at the beginning of the summer of 2003, the Commission presented seven proposals, which took the form of a multi-annual Community action programme, with the aim of guaranteeing its entry into force in 2004 so that the activities of the subsidised organisations could continue.
Conformément à l’article 49, la Commission a présenté sept propositions au début de l’été 2003, sous la forme d’un programme d’action communautaire pluriannuel, avec pour objectif de garantir son entrée en vigueur en 2004 de manière à permettre aux organisations subventionnées de poursuivre leurs activités.
