6. Unless notice of loss or damage and the general nature of such loss or damage be given in writing to the carrier or his agent at the port of discharge before or at the time of the removal of the goods into the custody of the person entitled to delivery thereof under the contract of carriage, or, if the loss or damage be not apparent, within three days, such removal shall be prima facie evidence of the delivery by the carrier of the goods as described in the bill of lading.

42. Every person found on or in a restricted area in contravention of section 41 or subsection 41.1(1) may be removed therefrom by a constable but such removal shall be without prejudice toward any other proceeding that may be taken.

If a vacancy shall occur by reason of the death, disqualification, resignation or removal of a member who is a resident of the Dominion of Canada, the person appointed to fill such vacancy must be a resident of the Dominion of Canada and such appointment shall be made in the manner and by such authority as the Dominion of Canada may require.
