Madam President, when, in a moment, we vote, I shall consequently have to table an oral amendment in the form of a supplementary recital along the same lines as the amendments that have been tabled by my fellow MEPs and that the Commission tells us it cannot follow up.
Pour cette raison, Madame la Présidente, je serai amenée à introduire, tout à l’heure au moment du vote, un amendement oral à titre de considérant supplémentaire pour aller dans le sens des amendements que proposent mes collègues, dont la Commission nous dit qu’elle ne peut pas les suivre.
