A priori, the proposal by the Kingdom of Sweden definitely seems to be of interest in comparison with the systems provided for by the Europol Convention, the Eurojust Statute and the Commission proposal, because, by providing for direct contact between specialised authorities without imposing conditions additional to those which exist internally for contacts between law enforcement authorities, it would make it possible to overcome a number of difficulties relating to the specific judicial organisation of each Member State.
A priori, la proposition du Royaume de Suède paraît présenter un intérêt certain par rapport aux systèmes développés dans la Convention Europol, le statut Eurojust et l’initiative de la Commission, dans la mesure où, en prévoyant un contact direct entre services spécialisés sans conditions supplémentaires par rapport à celles qui existent dans la sphère interne pour les contacts entre autorités répressives, elle permet de gommer un certain nombre de difficultés tenant à l’organisation judiciaire propre à chaque Etat membre.
